Our air conditioned tents are available to all locations that have vehicle access directly to the point of installation. Our units are trailer mounted and its vital that the location you desire the tent & AC to be placed has drivable access for proper set up of equipment and maximum safety.

How are are the tent ac units powered?

Our trailer HVAC unit operates on diesel. On average, the diesel powered AC unit lasts 8 hours. All other tent ac units such as the spot coolers, evaporative coolers and power breezers on standard 115v, 12 amp wall outlet. If no power is available on site, we can provide a dedicated generator to power the smaller

What other rentals should I consider when renting an air conditioned tent?

When renting an air conditioned tent, you must consider that in order to contain the temperature you must cover all of the sides of the tents with side walls. We offer them in Solid White or Cathedral with windows.

Other items you might need is lighting for the tent since it might be dark when covering all of the sides of the tent.
